Who we are

Browsing this website
This website has no accounts, checkout, analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or remote font requests. Images, fonts and scripts are supplied with the site. The pages do not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage or fingerprinting.
The learning exercise runs on the current page. Answers are not sent to us or saved for a later visit. The browser may temporarily cache files to display the website.
When accessed through a web host, ordinary connection information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time is necessarily handled to deliver and secure the page. Hosting services may keep access or security logs under their own configuration. Opening the downloaded website directly on your device does not contact a company web host.
When you contact us
The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit the form to a server. You choose whether to open your email app, copy the draft and send the message. Your email provider handles any message you send according to its own terms.
If you email, telephone or write to us, we receive the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, message and any attachments. We use those details to respond, handle support or privacy requests, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to general or support enquiries and maintaining secure, reliable communications serves our legitimate interests in operating the business and assisting people who contact us. Where an enquiry concerns entering into or fulfilling an agreement with you, the relevant processing may be necessary for that agreement. We may also keep or disclose records when required by law.
We do not use this website to make automated decisions about you or to enrol you in marketing. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but without a way to respond we may be unable to help.
How long information is kept
Information is retained for the period needed to address the enquiry, follow up on the issue, meet applicable legal obligations or deal with a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the correspondence, rather than a single period for every message. You can ask us about retention or request deletion at any time. We will explain where a legal requirement or another applicable reason prevents deletion.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, UK data-protection law provides rights to access and correct personal information, request erasure or restriction, object to processing, and obtain or transfer certain information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
Write to support@artsworlduk.site with your request. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this policy
The date at the top identifies this website policy version. If the way the website processes information changes, the privacy information should be updated to describe the change. See the cookie policy for the storage technologies used in this version.
