The app at a glance
Gallery Curator Trainer is provided by ARTSWORLDUK LTD, company number 17335355, registered in England and Wales at 18 Agate Court, Sittingbourne, United Kingdom, ME10 5LF. Privacy and support contact: support@artsworlduk.site.
The app has no accounts, advertisements, analytics or developer-operated servers. It has no internet permission, does not send your app data to the developer, and does not sell that data. Android backups and sharing that you choose are described below.
Information on your device
Appearance and experience settings, reminder preferences, practice attempts and scores, completed lessons, explored works, favourites, exhibition drafts and saved exhibitions are stored in Android’s private app storage. They support the app’s learning, progress and exhibition features. These records are not accessible to the developer through the app.
Permissions and reminders
Notification permission is requested only when you enable daily reminders. Android background scheduling handles reminders on the device; battery-saving settings can delay delivery. You can disable reminders in the app or notifications in Android settings. Vibration supports optional haptic feedback.
The app does not access your photos, camera, microphone, contacts or location.
Backups and device transfers
Android may include settings, history, favourites and exhibitions in your personal backup or transfer them to a new device, according to your device settings. On Android 12 and later, the app requests cloud backup only when encryption capabilities are available.
The developer cannot access or delete those backups. Your backup provider’s policies and controls apply. Restoring a backup after reinstalling may restore previously saved app data.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you remove it. Reset Progress clears challenge attempts, practice sessions, explored works and lesson completion. It keeps exhibitions, favourites and settings. Delete exhibitions and remove favourites individually in the app.
To remove all app data from the device, use Android Settings > Apps > Gallery Curator Trainer > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Menu names can vary by device. Backups and previously shared copies must be managed separately through their providers.
See our step-by-step data management guide.
Security and support
The app relies on Android’s private app storage and device security. Protect access to your device and backup account using your device’s security controls.
If you choose to contact support, the developer receives your message and return address to respond. The website and enquiry privacy policy describes how correspondence is handled and how to make a privacy request. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Policy updates
This web policy reflects the app behaviour documented in the project on 30 September 2026. The in-app privacy text has an effective date of 29 September 2026. Changes to the app’s data handling will be described in an updated policy. The update date identifies this version.
