Your data lives on your device
Gallery Curator Trainer has no user accounts or developer-operated server database. The developer cannot remotely view or delete your local practice history, settings or exhibitions. You can manage them using the app and Android settings.
Reset practice progress
- Open Gallery Curator Trainer and go to Settings.
- Choose Reset Progress and review the confirmation in the app.
- Confirm only if you want to remove challenge attempts, practice sessions, explored works and completed-lesson progress.
Remove individual items
Delete saved exhibitions individually in the app. Remove saved artworks or favourite challenges by changing their favourite status. These controls let you keep the rest of your practice history.
Remove all local app data
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps and select Gallery Curator Trainer.
- Open Storage or Storage & cache.
- Choose Clear storage or Clear data and confirm after reviewing Android’s message.
Device menu names vary. Uninstalling also removes the app’s local data. Clearing the cache alone does not remove all app data. Deleting local data removes saved progress and exhibitions from that installation.
Backups and shared copies
Android cloud backups and device transfers are separate from local app storage. Manage those copies through your device or backup provider. A restored backup can bring earlier data back when you reinstall the app.
If you shared an exhibition as text, remove it through the service you sent it to. Deleting the app does not delete messages, documents or copies held by someone else.
Delete support correspondence
If you previously contacted us and want to ask about that correspondence, email support@artsworlduk.site. Tell us which conversation your request concerns without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify identity and explain any record that must be kept under applicable law.
Read the app privacy policy or website and enquiry privacy policy for more information.
